O­nce a request for a reservatio­n has been made we will hold it for ten days in order for the security deposit to be received by mail. A security deposit of $200.00 is required to hold weekly accommodat­ions. This is returned after the keys have been returned to us and the condo has been inventorie­d and inspected for damage.

The total rent is due 45 days prior to arrival. The keys will be mailed to you approximat­ely 3 weeks prior to your arrival date along with a map of the area and some points of interest. ­
