Set in a perfect location in this seaside resort, it is just a short walk to the beach, fishing pier, shopping, and restaurant­s. Stroll along the beach or on the pier and watch the surfers at some of California­’s best surfing breaks. Soak up the sun while lying on the beach, swim, boogie board, or watch the sunset. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and fishing equipment are included.

Nearby shops include everything you need plus antiques, swimwear, surf shops, Kinkos, post office, and arts and crafts. Also the public library is only one-half block away. The many restaurant­s to sample include Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Thai, and Fisherman’­s on the pier. Also great cafes for breakfast and lunches.

­Apartment has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa and is fully furnished. There is also a secluded garden patio off the living room with BBQ and furniture.­

We also have another 2-bedroom and a 3-bedroom rental in the same building. So, if you see on our calendar that your dates are not available in this unit, contact us anyway and ask about our other 2 rentals. Or, for large family gatherings­, rent two or all three of our units at a discount rate.

We are now your Green Holiday choice in San Clemente! Solar Electric panels on the roof produce our own electricit­y. Along with many other energy saving features in our vacation home, we are helping our country achieve energy independen­ce and reduce pollution.­

Just an hour’s drive from Disneyland and Sea World. Also very nearby is Mission San Juan Capistrano and Dana Point Harbor, where you can picnic, fish, rent jet skis, or catch a cruise to Catalina Island. ­ ­ ­ ­ ­ ­ ­
