This is a spacious (1000+ sf living area) 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. The Ko’olani Kai features a complete, modern and open kitchen with full size stove/rang­e, dishwasher­, microwave, side by side fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. The kitchen opens to the living area with a convenient breakfast bar/nook. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys wrap-aroun­d breath-tak­ing ocean views. There are two queen size sleeper sofas in the living room in addition to a dining area with mahogany dinner table & seating for four – you’ll love the hand carved pineapple dining chairs. The master suite has wrap-aroun­d ocean & mountain views and is furnished with elegant and tropical teak furniture with a queen size bed. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and heavy teak and tropical furniture for an elegant feel. All areas of the home have ceiling fans, however they are rarely necessary as this home enjoys wonderful tropical breezes year around.

Enjoy relaxing on your direct ocean front deck which opens up to the blue South Pacific Ocean only 15 feet away. Your deck area has an outdoor dining table with seating for six. There is plenty of area for sunbathing on the beach or on wooden decks. Watch spectacula­r sunrises while soaking in a six man Jacuzzi® hot tub just steps away. Stroll down the beach to the Hauula beach park and coral preserve for some great snorkeling and swimming or take our ocean kayaks out for some adventure.
