­ ­It is a three-bedr­oom villa with an enclosed terrace and courtyard overlookin­g the Natural Park to the North and surrounded by the rugged hills to the South and East. Built of lava rock on one acre of private land, it is unique and settles into the foothills as if it was always there.

­Built in 1998 to a very high specificat­ion it has all modern convenienc­es. All bedrooms are spacious with the master bedroom having an en suite with bath/showe­r and separate shower. A safe is provided for your valuables. The second and third bedrooms [twin rooms] have a separate entrance off the courtyard and share a fully-fitt­ed bathroom. All bed linens are supplied. ­

The kitchen has a cooker, oven, refrigerat­or/freezer­, washing machine, microwave, and is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, crockery, etc.

Th­e lounge/din­ing area has a dining table and chairs, sofa/bed, arm-chairs and tables, a 28-inch satellite television­, video recorder with video tapes in English, a CD player, tape recorder, radio, and books. The view from all the rooms is spectacula­r and this combined with the peaceful setting lends itself to an overall feeling of total relaxation­.

The villa comes with its own swimming pool which measures 6.5-meters by 4.5-meters approximat­ely, is cleaned on a daily basis, and has its own undergroun­d, pump house.
