It features a brand new Parrothead queen sofabed in honor of Buffett, a native of Mobile, that you will love, & has a beautiful view of the Gulf, a full kitchen with all utensils & appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, etc., cable TV, VCR, & a private balcony over looking the sand & surf. Ample parking at your doorstep & an elevator to whisk you to your door.

Additional rate information:
I have flexible rates, based upon the season of the year, holiday periods, etc.
They range from $495 to $995 weekly for a full 8 days & 7 nites.
I will also rent on a nitely or monthly basis, & can be flexible in extending stays at weekly rates. You save all cleaning costs, booking fees, & high sales & hotel/motel taxes by dealing directly with me as the owner of the condo.
Enjoy this year-round resort at reasonable prices anytime! Ask about my all-inclusive plan that is tailored to your needs. All linens & utensils are always furnished in my rentals. If you need accommodations for a larger party, I can assist you with other units. I also have other mountain resort rentals in Gatlinburg, TN, Beech Mountain, NC, & Blue Knob, PA, if you are interested in those golf & snow ski resorts that I can rent to you. I will consider trading, bartering, or swapping time in my condo for time in other vacation homes, condos, villas, etc., you may have. I will also consider selling timeshares or quartershares in my property, as well as selling it outright as a whole.
