Reser­vations are Saturday-S­aturday, except during the spring and fall when the weeks are flexible and 3 night stays are available. Reservatio­ns require a 33% booking deposit that is non-refund­able unless the home can be re-rented.­
The balance of the rent and taxes, and the $500 security deposit are required one month before the rental. Cashier's cheque or Credit Cards. ­
