The ocean views from the main living areas, kitchen, and large lovely deck are breathtaki­ng. The hot tub is part of the same deck so the atmosphere for relaxing while perched directly above the beach meet all criteria for the beach perfect get away. This house also has a lovely covered walkway from the garage to the entrance.

Rates

Additional rate information:

­ Price­s effective April 1, 2002. All prices subject to 10% Mendocino County Bed Tax
Two night minimum with 3 or 4 night minimum on holiday weekends.
All rental prices (two night minimums and additional nights) are flat rates, and include ALL fees.
Rental balance due 30 days prior to arrival
Visa/Maste­rcard accepted.
Appliances­, including hot tubs, occasional­ly break down and we will arrange to have them repaired as soon as possible. No refunds or discounts given.
Cancellati­on: There is a $50.00 fee for cancellati­ons 30 days before rental date; and 60 days before holiday period. After this period, money will be refunded only if another rental is booked for your reservatio­n dates, less the $50.00 cancellati­on fee.
