When it comes time to eat, if you don't feel like cooking in the fully appointed kitchen there are 4 restaurant­s all within walking distance ready to give you a taste of the local island flavor. 2DIVE4 is centrally located amid some of the absolute best shore diving and snorkeling in the United States and Caribbean. Reefs and walls are located just 100 yards offshore and offer vast diversity in coral and fish life.

Phillip and Dave will do everything possible to make your vacation as stress free as possible.
Dave will assist you prior to the trip with reservatio­ns and the planning of your activities­. Phillip will greet you at the airport, escort you to the villa, assist you with your groceries and act as your personal concierge & property manager during your stay. The personaliz­ed services available from Dave, at no extra charge, include assistance in arranging:

Your villa can be stocked with the groceries you desire prior to your arrival at a charge of $50 plus the cost of purchases. Phillip can also take you by the grocery store on your way to the villa from the airport if you prefer. There is no extra charge for this service.
­Maid service is provided prior to your visit, at the end of your stay and in the middle of each week. Additional maid service is available at a cost of $10 per hour. The home will be furnished including linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dry­er.

A $500 damage deposit is required. Deposit is fully refundable 45 days after rental if there are no missing items, damage to the property, or long distance phone charges. Rates do not include an 8% hotel tax. 50% of the total due is required to confirm a reservatio­n with the full balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
