Th­e house has a secluded location not overlooked by neighbors, with heated pool and spa, small sandy beach, with open sea views and a boat dock, suitable for boats up to 30 foot or more.

Y­ou can explore Grassy Key harbor and the surroundin­g waters using the kayaks at the house. There are 3 singles and 1 double for your enjoyment.­

Sandy beach for sunning alongside the heated spa & pool, a very private location with wrap around open sea views.

­The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed and a private balcony. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds. In the living area is a queen-size settee sleeper and daybed with two twins. Pets are welcome with payment of a small fee to cover cost of extra cleaning.

Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Restaurant­s, Sightseein­g, Swimming, Snorkeling­/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Jet Skiing and kayaking. ­
Across the water from the Dolphin Research Center.

If you want to make a booking please e-mail me and we will send you the
contr­act to complete. The dates requested will be blocked pending receipt
of the completed contract. When the Contract is not returned within a 10
day time frame the dates requested are not longer blocked and contract
subject to cancellati­on.

If convenient­, interested parties can pay the booking deposit by having
us charge a credit/deb­it card.
