Property is located on the prestigious Indian Creek sub division, just behind Splendid China. Literally 2 minutes from shopping and eating and 5 minutes drive to Disney.
Enjoy the privacy of your own pool and relax in the powerful hot tub - always available and always heated - free! The home is furnished in a contemporary style throughout and every conceivable item is supplied. Yes there are linens, towels, iron, iron board, cooker, dish washer - everything you need - just like home. Bedding arrangements are king in master suite, two twins in bedroom two and two twins in bedroom three. Bedroom three is also Disney themed. Price is from $89.00 night excluding state and local taxes at 12%. The actual rate depends on season and duration of stay. Nightly rate is from $89 per night excluding State and local taxes of 12%. Precise rate depends on duration of stay and time of year. Please e mail for best price. Check in at 4:00 PM and check out at 11:00 AM. No cleaning charge for stays of 5 nights or more. If your stay is LESS than 5 nights, then a cleaning fee of $70 will be charged. Pool heating additional charge at $130 per week. Hot tub heating free of charge.
Deposits: Reservation deposit of 20% required at time of booking. Reservation deposit is non refundable. Balance payable six weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit of $140 required - refundable in full within 30 days of departure assuming no damage to property or contents.
