This beautiful villa is located in the gated Pedregal community of Cabo San Lucas. The house offers 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and it sleeps 8 people. Two of the bedrooms are situated on the lower level of the house and have private separate entrances. Througout the villa there are hand painted tiles, copper lamps and Mexican decor. Enjoy the views of the Sea of Cortez from all the rooms in the house.

On the first level of this villa lie the large master bedroom, with a fireplace and walk-in closet, and the 2nd bedroom study. Each has a domed ceiling and bathrooms with domed ceilings and they are served by a terrace with another fireplace.

On the second level are the living room, with a fireplace, dining room, bar, kitchen, terrace and pool area with half bath.

On the third level are the 3rd and 4th bedrooms with another terrace. Each has a private bathroom.
