Beautiful oceanfront condo in Imperial Beach with living room and master bedroom just steps from the beach.

­The entire unit has been totally restored. The building has been recently renovated on the outside. New paint, carpeting, and appliances have been added to make the stay more comfortabl­e. Everything inside is immaculate and clean. All new funiture, with dining area and kitchen on one level w/ two bedrooms and two bath's on the upper level. Sleeps six comfortabl­y w/ a large futon off the Master bedroom. The Master bedroom contains a large closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bathrooms are white with oak colored cabinets. New washer and dryer are w/in the unit just outside the bedrooms. Also, the units contain both a new Television and VCR.

The sunsets are second to none. The views are incredible­. Views of both Baja, Mexico and Pt. Loma are easily seen in both directions­. With the Coronado Islands seen in the distance.

Attractions and Activities

­The unit is located right on the beach. A friendly sandy beach wonderful for children. Jogging and walking on the beach, swimming in the ocean, bike riding and bird watching across the street at bird sanctuary.­
Located just nine miles from beautiful Hotel Del Coronado. Also within 20-25 minutes from SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Wild Animal Park, San Diego Convention Center and Old Town San Diego.
