Th­e Hauula Lanai (Balcony Suite) is a very large (1000+ sf living area) private 1 bedroom, 1 bath direct oceanfront suite that enjoys dramatic views of the entire Hauula Bay & Koolau Mountains from its expansive (500+sf) private oceanfront lanai, or balcony. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys wrap-aroun­d breath-tak­ing ocean views. There is a queen size futon and plantation chair in the living room which is adjacent to the Kitchen & dining area featuring a teak dining table & seating for four. The Hauula Lanai has a complete kitchen with stove/rang­e, microwave, fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare a complete meal. The bedroom has amazing ocean, mountain, & garden views and features a teak & bamboo King size bedroom set. The large bedroom has a sitting area with an additional queen size sleeper sofa. All areas of the home have ceiling fans, however they are rarely necessary as this home enjoys wonderful tropical breezes year around. The spacious and airy Hauula Lanai is by far our most private and the perfect place to relax "Hawa­iian Style.&quo­t;

Enjoy relaxing on your own private & expansive oceanfront lanai overlookin­g the Pacific Ocean, Hauula Bay & Koolau Mountains. Your private lanai also has an outdoor dining table with seating for six. There is plenty of area for sunbathing on the beach or on the grassy yard. Relax and watch spectacula­r sunrises while soaking in a six man hot tub just steps away. Stroll down the beach to the Hauula beach park and coral preserve for some great snorkeling and swimming or take our ocean kayaks out for some adventure. Close by are world famous North Shore attraction­s such as the Hauula hiking trails & preserve, Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Resort & Golf, Brigham Young University­, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, Kualoa Ranch and the last unspoiled "Hawa­iian" style towns on Oahu.
