$300 deposit is required to secure booking. $600 for reservatio­ns of 30+ days.
Full payment due 45 days prior to arrival during low season, 60 days during high season (by check or money order, please).

Our Maui condo hideaway requires a minimum stay of 5 nights; a cleaning fee of $90 will be added for stays of 5 or 6 nights. 7-night minimum stay during the holiday season (12/16-1/1­5).

Rates based on double occupancy. Extra guests $10 each. Maximum 4 guests (2 adults, 2 children).
