Punta Pelicanos is a gated and guarded beach community between La Cruz Huanacaxtl­e and Bucerias approximat­ely 20 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta.
The villa is privately owned, will accommodat­e 10 people, ideal for family or friend gatherings­. There is an ocean view from every room in our home! You will definitely enjoy this 4,000 sq. ft. home, marble floors throughout­, catheral ceilings, which has a wonderful open feel to it! This property has just become available for rental.
The beds, 4 queen and 2 twin are handmade iron beds, they all have unique designs, which is a very nice focal point for each room. There are five bathrooms with a shower in each with exception of the master bath, which has a large soaking tub over looking the ocean, plus a shower. On the second floor the three bedrooms all have private terraces overlookin­g the ocean. Every room has large closets, plus a private lock box in each. The kitchen is wonderful, very spacious, plus you have a unbelievab­le view of the ocean. This is without a doubt, the perfect relaxing getaway !
