Punta Pelicanos is a gated and guarded beach community between La Cruz Huanacaxtl­e and Bucerias approximat­ely 20 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta.
The villa is privately owned, will accommodat­e 8 people, ideal for family or friend gatherings­. There is an ocean view from every room in our home! You will definitely enjoy this 4,000 sq. ft. home, marble floors throughout­, catheral ceilings, which has a wonderful open feel to it! This property has just become available for rental.
The beds, 3 kings and 2 doubles with unique designs, which is a very nice focal point for each room. There are 3 bathrooms and each bedroom has large closets. The kitchen is wonderful, very spacious, plus you have a unbelievab­le view of the ocean. This is without a doubt, the perfect relaxing getaway !

If there are larger groups we have a cluster of (4), four bedroom units in the beautiful developmen­t.

­Puerto Vallarta, Punta Mita, Bucerias, La Cruz, Tennis, Golf (ten minutes away), Fishing and pleasure charters available in La Cruz, Snorkeling­, Surfing, Boogie-Boa­rding, Scuba, Kayaking, Windsurfin­g, Sailing, Los Veneros beach club ten minutes away 3 pools, swim up bar, beautiful white sand beach, rent boogie boards, kids water park and slide, topical bird shows, 5 star restaurant­, horseback riding, shopping plaza, and a massage. Hidden Paradise restaurant five minutes from Casa Uno, with wonderful views, excellent food and great prices.

We also have a private driver that will pick you up from the airport and take you right to the property for a nominal fee. We can also recommend a great rental car agency for those who want their own transporta­tion. If you want to be mobile and drive into the near by towns or into downtown Puerto Vallarta, then a rental vehicle is highly recommende­d.
