It is fenced on all sides, and there is a gate where you enter into the Landscaped Courtyard, leading to a Patio with furniture where you can have breakfast.­<r> ­

The Villa has a Pool with ample Deck and patio furniture. Beside the Pool there is a Shower and a full Bath. A Gazebo is also near the Pool offering a fantastic view of the Bay.

Th­e house itself has 3-Bedrooms­, and a Large Study which can serve as an extra Bedroom. The Master Bedroom has an Ensuite, and its own Private Balcony with a view. The other 2 Bedrooms share a large bathroom. ­

The Villa has a large Living Room, a full Kitchen, and a separate Dining Area leading to a Deck. It also offers a Laundry Utility Room near the Kitchen, which opens onto a part of the Garden in front of the Pool, a Dryer and Deep Freeze, a Dining Room, a Dining Patio.
