The Hale Makai (Ocean House) is a direct ocean & beachfront vacation home on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii and offers breathtaki­ng ocean & mountain views from every room. This is a spacious (1,200+ sf living area) 3 bedroom, 1 bath home with porcelain tile floors throughout­. The Hale Makai features a complete and open kitchen with new countertop­s, full size electric cook top, wall mounted oven, microwave, fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. There is also a laundry room located directly in the home with private washer & dryer. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys direct ocean views. There are two queen size sleeper sofas in the living room in addition to a dining area with teak dining table and seating for six. The master suite has wrap-aroun­d ocean views and is furnished with elegant and tropical teak furniture with a queen size bed. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and heavy teak and tropical furniture for an elegant feel. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds. All areas of the home have ceiling fans, however they are rarely necessary as this home enjoys wonderful cool ocean breezes year around. View this Home's Guest Log
Enjoy relaxing on the direct ocean front deck which opens up to the blue South Pacific Ocean only 15 feet away. Your oceanfront yard area has a picnic table. There is plenty of area for sunbathing on the beach or wooden decks. Watch spectacula­r sunrises while soaking in a six man hot tub just steps away. Stroll down the beach to the Hauula beach park and coral preserve for some great snorkeling and swimming or take our ocean kayaks out for some adventure. Close by are world famous North Shore attraction­s such as the Hauula hiking trails & preserve, Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Resort & Golf, Brigham Young University­, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, Kualoa Ranch and the last unspoiled "Hawa­iian" style towns on Oahu.
