Your summer charming classic beach block cottage is just 12 houses to one of the finest wide and protected beaches in all of Ocean City. Your cottage has two living levels with the bedrooms and full bath upstairs and the living room, dining room, half bath and kitchen downstairs. There are three decks one of which has ocean views. The living room, dining room and kitchen are large enough to accommodate your family reunion guests. Your cottage comes fully equiped with a full size dishwasher, refrigerator,washer and dryer. An enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water is great to wash off the sand when returning from the beach. Four seasonal beach badges also come with the unit for your use and the next renter when you leave the badges for them. Owners are on property and check the cottage before and after each renter.
Attractions and Activities
The world famous Ocean City beaches and boardwalk is just 12 houses up the street. America's Favorite Playground-Atlantic City and its casinos are just 8 miles away. The charm of Victorian Cape May is only 30 miles south of Ocean City. Historic Philadelphia is 60 miles away and New York City is 2 hours away.

Additional rate information:
If you find that you would like to rent our summer cottage we will need your full name, address , email address if you have one and telephone number. We will then mail a leasing agreement out to you. We will ask for the signed agreement and deposit to returned to us within 10 days to hold your week. A security deposit ($150.00) and cleaning deposit ($100.00) will be required and returned to you within 10 days after you vacate the cottage and the cottage is left in the same clean condition the owners left it for you and there is no damage to the cottage. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to your arrival.
