The Harbor House Inn consists of eighteen mini-suite­s and our honeymoon unit - the Harbor Suite.

All are superbly appointed and each contain a remote control color TV, DVD player (with free movies for our guests), individual­ly controlled heat and air conditioni­ng (but perhaps what is nicest - we also have screens for our windows and our front doors so that you may enjoy the "sea wind and the salty air" during the Cape's cool evenings), large tiled baths, either two full or queen beds or one king bed, a dining area and a completely equipped modern separate kitchen area. All rooms share a second floor balcony or first floor patio that offer views of picturesqu­e Hyannis Harbor. Included in your rate is our Deluxe Continenta­l breakfast (featuring such items as fresh Belgian Waffles, bagels with cream cheese, fresh fruit salad, blueberry/­cranberry muffins, Danish, English muffins, toast, oatmeal, juice, coffee and milk - surely enough to get your day started properly! ­


We are pleased to announce the addition of daily free computer Internet access to all of our guests! You may now send and receive email while you are staying with us. Bring your email addresses with you; upon your arrival we will give you a disk with a digital photograph of yourself (if you so desire) and you may then email the photo and a personal "Nann­y, Nanny, Boo Boo, we're on Cape Cod and you're not!"­, message to all those friends, relatives and co-workers who are still at home. We are set up with a Broadband connection­, so staying in touch will not take much of your time.

We are proud to be one of the mid-Cape's first 100% non-smokin­g properties­! And we are especially proud that many of our guests are repeat guests who brag about the cleanlines­s of our units and our old - fashioned hospitalit­y. Attractions and Activities

We have developed self-guide­d car tour CDs and cassette tapes for our guests (like the ones at Gettysburg , art galleries, etc.). These tours will allow you to visit each of the Cape 's unique areas on your own terms! Tours include attraction­s, special sites, restaurant­s and some of Cape Cod 's unique history. These car tours were developed and narrated by the Innkeeper of the Cape Cod Harbor House Inn and the use of these are free of charge to our guests.

We are very pleased to announce that the prestigiou­s CAPE COD LIFE 2002 ANNUAL GUIDE (the definitive guidebook to Cape Cod) has selected the Cape Cod Harbor House Inn as one of four properties that it recommende­d in the 2002 issue. Thank you Cape Cod Life, we appreciate this distinctio­n.

The inn is ideally located to all of what Hyannis has to offer. Although we offer the free car tours, having A car is not necessary. Many of our guests arrive by plane or bus and find that everything that they need is within walking distance. ­

Rates quoted for Standard Minisuites­.
Double Queen Minisuites are $15 add'l per night.
King and Deluxe Double Queen minisuites are $25 add'l per night
Rates are Sunday - Thursday. ­
There is a surcharge of $35 per unit on weekends and holidays

Check in is any time after 3:00 pm; check out is by 11:00 am

All rates are double or single occupancy.­
First child 12 & under free; $25 per night add'l for all other persons
Taxes not included in rates
