Additional rate information:
Should you decide to book with us, we will mail you a leasing agreement. The agreement must be returned to us within 10 days. Half of the rate is required at this time. The second half plus the $200 security deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. The security deposit will be returned to you within 4 weeks, providing there was no damage or excess cleaning required.
