This privately owned, custom-built 2 bedroom 2 bath vacation rental home is in an enviable location, on 10th Ave. South, the 3rd street from the ocean and just 500 yards from the Mexican Caribbean. Youll be about 2 streets away (less than 300 yards) from the door of the newest and largest grocery store on Cozumel, complete with deli, bakery, pharmacy, liquor and a handy ATM machine. The new Punta Langosta Plaza with restaurants and shops is only 6 blocks away, with the main square downtown just 3 blocks more. In Cozumel's nicest residential area, Corpus Cristi, Casa Tomás is on the second floor and shares a stone covered patio and ceramic tiled swimming pool with it's "sister" home Casa Topaz (downstairs). Each home is separate and private and a tall privacy fence surrounds the swimming pool and patio area.
Described by guests as nice and big and bright and airy, theres a living and dining area, color TV, cable, VCR, CD, and a selection of video tapes, CDs and books. Theres a small front terrace and a wonderful little screened porch that overlooks the pool where you can sit and sip a morning cup of coffee or a cool drink in the afternoon and enjoy the breeze. One of the bedrooms and private bath is located just off the screened porch. The kitchen is fully equipped including stove, refrigerator, blender, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric juicer, dishes, cookware, and plenty of purified water. Theres remote controlled air conditioning throughout and a telephone for local calls. The furnishings are Mexican rustic upholstered in imported fabrics, there are fully lined custom made curtains and local decorations include Mexican talavera pottery, ceramics and original paintings. Theres a small safe with a programmable digital lock, hair dryers, iron an ironing board, special cushioning on the beds for extra comfort and a pressurized water system for strong showers. A truly lovely, well-equipped and very comfortable vacation home.
Daily maid service is included on all weekly rentals (except Sundays and major Mexican holidays).
Attractions and Activities
Casa Tomas is just 500 yards from the turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean. There is a dive pier very close by for scuba divers and the snorkeling is superb. There are small beaches close by, and the larger southern beaches begin about 4 miles to the south plus there are beautiful beaches on the eastern side of the island, about 10 miles away.
Cozumel is best known as a world class scuba diving destination. There are catamaran rides, snorkeling tours, a submarine, dive with dolphins program, glass bottom boats, parasailing, windsurfing, jetskis plus deep sea fishing and bone fishing. There are small Mayan ruins, shopping, a museum, miniature golf, horseback riding, carriage rides and island tours. Cozumel Country Club (a Jack Nicklaus designed course) is now open, and green fees are $125 plus tax.

To make a reservation, just email us and request a 24 hour hold and send us a fax number. We will fax you the forms with all information and instructions.
When we receive your signed forms we can extend your tentative hold for up to 7 more days giving time for the payment to reach our U.S. address. To confirm a reservation made more than 45 days in advance, the original forms and a check for the deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due within the 7 days. Rates are in US dollars. We accept checks or money orders, but we do not accept credit cards. Your payment of 50% of the rental confirms your reservation dates for that home.
The remaining 50% of the rental, the 12% Mexican tax and the refundable $300 security deposit is due 45 days before your arrival date.
