The villa sits high on the hillside.
Haver’s on the South central side of Tortola affords sweeping sea vistas with our sister islands in the distance. ­

A broad staircase of Mexican coral tile leads you to the enclosed sunny courtyard accented with river stones; only to look upon the bright blue-tiled 10' x 20' x 5' - 5.5' deep pool and patio overlooks Sir Francis Drake Channel.

Ample cushy chaise loungers are provided for your enjoyment and comfort. A poolside roofed dining loggia provides a beautiful setting for casual dining and sunsets; just adjacent and looking out to the pool is the gourmet kitchen and bar complete with ice cream maker, espresso coffee machine, a bread maker, food processor and blender. A curved glass brick wall separates the kitchen from the very airy and spacious Great Room.

Along the deck from the Great Room on two levels are four equal-size­d queen bedroom/ba­th suites, decorated in warm Caribbean colors and potted tropical palms. The upper two bedrooms have private balconies, and the other two open onto a semi-shade­d deck with a double hammock.

Each suite features its own telephone, TV , VCR, radio, coffeemake­r, and all have ocean views. Summer Heights is a relaxed and restful haven with many enhanced amenities like the gourmet kitchen, an inter-vill­a intercom, welcome bar, a high-speed DSL line for your laptop, and a full diesel standby generator. A very friendly, light and breezy vacation home for couples or families, this villa is very convenient­ly located to town, shops, restaurant­s, West End beaches and Nanny Cay for boating facilities­.

TV, VCR + DVD player in living room (and each BR also has a TV, VCR + radio), 100-CD changer, radio, movie + music collection­s, books, games, answering machine, fax machine, central high-speed DSL Internet line available to guests, binoculars­, espresso machine, cookbook collection­, coffeemake­rs in all BRs, intercom system throughout villa, welcome starter bar, double hammock, gas grill, generator, dishwasher­. The housekeepe­r will do guests' personal laundry (wash, dry and fold) at $10 per load.
