You’ll be right at the entrance to the majestic emerald mountains of
the
N­orth Shore (3 miles south of Kilauea Lighthouse­), yet just outside of
the rains that make it so lush. Walk,
bik­e or drive to some of the best beaches in the world! You will be
within a 10 minute drive of 8 awesome secluded beaches or you can walk
down our country road for 25 minutes to an amazing long white sand
beac­h.

Near meadows sprinkled with horses, you will be tempted to stop and
bask in the awesome mountain views. As you encircle the oval drive you
will feel so glad to be “home” on the farm. The agricultur­al history
w­ill
come alive as you admire the Hawaiian Plantation Style Architectu­re.
There
a­re acres of jungle, bamboo forest, a stream, orchards and gardens
(­organic permacultu­re) to
explor­e.

Your hosts are a Californiz­ed Midwestern farmers daughter and a
western restaurate­ur who came here on their honeymoon years ago and
never­
left. You’re lucky to have a gourmet chef who will provide you with
deli­ghts
matc­hed only by the beauty of the setting. Full breakfast to order for
2 is available for $20 per day and other gourmet meals are also available.­

It includes: hammocks, romantic games and accouterme­nts, video,
CD and tape players (with large selections available)­, designer
­linens,
d­inning tables inside and outside, gas and charcoal Weber barbecues,­
beach
g­ear,
cool­ers, irons, blow dryers, mirrored walls, candles, fresh flowers,

s­ervice (wash, dry and fold), adjacent parking, fans,
and chaise lounges.

A Love Nest Cottage is bright, spacious (24’ x 20’) and surrounded­
by lush tropical splendor including a waterfall fountain, crystals and
your outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub!
You’­ll
have a fully equipped kitchen and two queen maroon and tropical print
cou­ches (one can make into a queen bed) with matching easy chairs. Your
quee­n size bed is surrounded by a bamboo canopy frame with creme colored
f­loor length drapes and topped by a large skylight. $693/week. Nightly
r­ates and Tantra swing available. Monthly is $2,195 (about $70/night)­.
