The Guest House is River Estate's premier honeymoon hideaway. It sits alone at the upper end of the property around a turn in the driveway and is nestled along the river all by itself. Your privacy is assured here and it's romantic atmosphere is unparalleled. Here is a place to completely feel at ease and drift off to the sound of the river gently meandering by at night. Special amenities have been utilized in it's construction including Chinese slate floors, a gourmet kitchen, fine Berber carpeting and much more. This home will sleep four people comfortably.

Full kitchen complete with condiments and gourmet kitchen utensils, fresh flowers, washer/dryer and laundry soap, extra bedding, ceiling fans, BBQ, stereo, CD player with CD's, board games, books, magazines, activity brochures, restaurant guide, local information hand out sheet, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, free activity booking, daily maid service if requested, catering if requested, and anything else you ask us to provide for you. We provide top quality beach gear. There is a $3 per day fee for snorkel gear rental and a $3 a day fee for Boogie board rentals.

Additional rate information:
PRICES are based on a party of two in the Guest House and four in the Riverhouse and Treehouse. The base rates are $200 per night for 4 people in either the Treehouse or Riverhouse and $175 per night for 2 people in the Guest House. Please add 4% sales and 7.4% room tax (11.41%) and an out cleaning fee of $75 and up (depending on size of party and length of stay). For each additional guest there is $25 per person per night charge added to the base rate to a maximum of 4 people in the Guest House and 8 people in either the Treehouse or Riverhouse. Reservation deposits can be paid by credit card, cash, check, or travelers checks.
