Rates

Additional rate information:

1/2 of your weekly rental rate is due ten days after your reservatio­n is made to hold the reservatio­n. The total amount required to rent Villa Soleil is comprised of the weekly rental rate + $500USD security deposit + 8% tax. This amount less the deposit is due eight (low season) or twelve (high season) weeks prior to your date of arrival. If reservatio­n is made less than eight weeks (low season) or twelve weeks (high season) before your arrival then the full balance is due within ten days after the reservatio­n is made.
