Attractions and Activities

­ The Springs is a small complex consisting of eight single-sto­ry buildings with four condos in each. Each building has a center courtyard leading to each entrance, with a patio located on the backside of the condo. We are centrally located close to all beaches and shopping. And within walking distance there is shopping and restaurant­s. The closest golf course is less than one mile away.

There is plenty of room to breathe, stretch your legs, and take in a game of tennis. Or you can take a dip in our large heated pool; or just bask in the sun while listening to some music. You might decide to exercise in our fitness room, and then go to our library for a book to take back to your condo to read. If the mood strikes you, challenge one of your family members to a game of pool or table tennis in the main clubhouse room.

As the sun is setting you might want to take a walk across the Springs Pond bridge, and listen to the frogs and gators talk swamp talk.
