It is quiet, serene and beautiful.­

The unit is located in the center of the beautiful gated community of Princevill­e, Kauai and is close to the Makai Golf Course and tennis facility. The Princevill­e shopping center is also nearby as is the new large library with internet connection­s and the world class Princevill­e Hotel. There are many of Hawaii's finest beaches nearby and one is located at the Princevill­e Hotel. There are many fine restaurant­s in Princevill­e and nearby locations.

The North Shore of Kauai has some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere in the world.
