Well equipped second floor corner beachfront condo with spectacular view and privacy; close to excellent restaurants and shopping. Topps supermarket and the Bay Oaks Park are across the street. Near churches, watersport rentals, parasail rides, tennis courts, marina/fishing and fishing pier. There are several golf courses nearby. The Island trolley stops at the Club and runs the length of Estero Island (Ft. Myers Beach).
Attractions and Activities
Fort Myers is an old established Gulf Coast city steeped in history. A must-see for the new visitor is the Thomas Edison and Henry Ford's winter estates and Edison's Laboratory. The Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins hold spring training in nearby Fort Myers. There is easy access to Sanibel Island, Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Marco Island.
Bay oaks Park across the street offers a new swimming pool (with kiddie pool), basketball courts, baseball diamond, picnic area and tennis courts.
