The home boosts 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, a heatable pool with spa and backs onto greenbelt in gated Lake Berkley Resort. Lake Berkley Resort is a new gated enclave of upscale private vacation homes. The resort is surrounded by woods and has tennis courts, clubhouse with exercise equip., video games, large community pool & spa, park with large lake with gazebo, beach, fishing dock, sand volleyball, children's swings and nature trail. Lake Berkley Resort is located just off Hwy 192 at Marker 14, behind Medieval Times Dinner Theatre and within walking distance to a 24 hour Walmart Superstore. We are less than 10 minutes to Disney yet with easy access to Hwy I-4 (by way of Hwy 535 - interchange 27) so we are also close to Seaworld, Universal Studios, The Florida Mall, outlet malls plus International Drive with all it has to offer.
The Atlantic beaches and Kennedy Space Center are about a hour away and Clearwater and the world famous gulf beaches are about 1 1/2 hours away. The Orlando Airport is approximately 20 minutes away.
Attractions and Activities
We own & maintain our lovely home and live just a few minutes away so we are always available should there be a problem. Because we manage our own homes and this is our business we make sure the home is spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
The home itself is fully equipped with refrigerator with ice maker, self-cleaning stove, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle & teapot, iron & ironing board, washer, dryer, 3 cable televisions, stereo CD player, VCR. The home has plenty of bed linens, bath & pool towels and a couple of hair dryers.
The living room has 2 leather sofas and fossil stone & glass table and entertainment center. We have used top quality mattresses for a good nights sleep after a long day at the theme parks. The pool decking has been enlarged and there is plenty of patio furniture. The home has a portable crib, highchair and stroller at no extra charge. There is also a charcoal BBQ grill for those tasty outdoor dinners. Also included are pool toys, board games, puzzles, and books.
