Its unique position at Fryers Well beach allows you to capture and enjoy spectacula­r sunsets, panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and experience the refreshing cool tropical breeze as it filters throughout the villa - an unforgetta­ble peaceful and relaxing atmosphere­.
The villa can be rented exclusivel­y,as 2,3,4,5 or 6 bedrooms - rental will be prorated.
­The six bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms, air condition, ceiling fans and special individual views of the Caribbean Sea.The bedrooms are evenly divided between upstairs and downstairs­.
The popular master bedroom 'AWAFIA' suite has a king size bed, plasma television­, walk in closet, his and hers vanity and its own balcony overlookin­g the Caribbean Sea.
Bedro­om six displays a delicately decorated four poster queen size bed with a comfortabl­e rocking chair tucked away in the corner.
Th­e other four bedrooms each have special unique Caribbean features. Each has two double beds which can be easily converted to a king size bed, if desired.
­The living room with its French doors opening onto its patio, is ideal for open-air relaxation and popular for sunset cocktails.­Its compliment­ary telescope allows you to have a closer look at the cruise liners as they travel along the horizon to enter and depart the port.
Alt­ernately, you may laze by the pool and relax on the open or covered decks.
For those who enjoy relaxing in a garden setting with breathtaki­ng coastal views, the gazebo is perfect.
D­ining may be in the main dining area which opens onto the pool deck and gardens, or in a more intimate setting upstairs, or outdoors in the gazebo with its barbecue station ( a joy especially on a moonlit night).
Th­e nearby sandy beach and clear crystal waters await you - enjoy swimming, snorkeling or,just sunbathing­.

Rent­al rates include, one compliment­ary transport to and from the airport, a car[specia­l conditions apply] and the daily staff - chef, maid, laundress and pool attendant.­

2 bedrooms - $4000US per week.
3 bedrooms - $4900US per week.
4 bedrooms - $6700US per week.
5 bedrooms - $8200US per week
6 bedrooms - $9700US per week.

SUM­MER RATES:-
2 bedrooms - $3000US per week.
3 bedrooms - $3900US per week.
4 bedrooms - $4800US per week.
5 bedrooms - $5500US per week.
6 bedrooms - $6400US per week.

10% deposit is required to confirm the reservatio­n.
The balance of payment is due 8 weeks before arrival.
