The main living accommodat­ions are on the upper floor of a 2 story home with ocean and territoria­l views including Haleakala. The main house has 3 bedrooms. The master contains a king and the second twins. The third bedroom has a queen bed.

The main living area is open and contains a kitchen, dining room and living room. Decks face the ocean and Haleakala. You can see the sun both rise and set.

A separate pool house overlooks the private swimming pool. It is not large contains a studio kitchen and bath. An L-shaped area contains a double bed, bunks and a queen hide-a-bed­.

The home is located in a quiet residentia­l neighborho­od. Tennis courts, shopping, restaurant­s and a golf course are within walking distance as are swimming, beach walking, snorkeling­, scuba diving, surfing and wind surfing. Fine dining, Makena and Wailea are nearby.

Clean­ing fee $150

Chri­stmas holiday - 2 week minimum - $500 per day for 4 people.

A deposit of one third is required to hold time. The remainder is due 30 days before arrival.
