Kokomo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on a beautiful pink sand beach. There is a large upper deck with a panoramic view of the turquoise ocean and beach, a lower shade deck with hammocks. Easy access to the beach.
Amm­enties include, a game room with full size pool table, a small sailboat, several kayaks, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach toys. The house has satellite TV, telephone, DSL and dial-up internet, washer/dry­er, dishwasher­. Two bedrooms have kings size beds, third bedroom has twin beds and bunk beds. Our rates include all of the above, no other taxes or fees.
Ahhh...th­e Bahamas, dig your toes into warm, pink sand, laze by the azure blue water and feel the tropical breeze as you lay in the hammock and move to the rhythm of island life. ­

Great snorkeling right off the lower deck. Small sailboat, kayaks, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, rafts, sand toys, etc. are there for your use. There is also a volley ball area.

Above rates are for up to 6 guests. Extra Guests (up to 2 more) $150.00 per guest per week. No extra charge for children under 3 years of age, but no more that 8 guests regardless of age. 30% deposit to reserve a week. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival (60 days prior to arrival for Christmas & New Years weeks)
