Additional rate information:
1/2 of base rental amount is due within 5 business days after booking reservation. Final payment due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA.
A valid MC or VISA must be on reservation or a $500 cash security deposit is added to the rental amount. Deposit will be refunded 4-6 weeks after your departure date.
5% accommodations tax, 8% sales tax, $1.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $20 minimum.
