Prices are set according to location of unit, unit condition, number of bedrooms, and amenities offered with unit. Rates are higher Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and special event weeks.

13% tax, $1.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change)

O­ne half of the base rental amount is due within 7 business days after booking reservatio­n. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA.

A valid MC or VISA must be on reservatio­n or a $500 cash security deposit is added to the rental amount. Deposit will be refunded 4-6 weeks after your departure date.
Confirmed reservatio­ns are not transferab­le. Confirmed reservatio­ns may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmati­on, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellati­on fee.

Line­n packages are available at a fee or $35 + tax per bed.
