Deposit must be received within 21 days of request to avoid automatic cancellati­on of dates requested.
Once Reservatio­n payment is received you will get a confirmati­on by e-mail.
Full payment for stay due at least 21 days before arrival.
Check-ou­t cleaning included if stay is longer than 3 days.
If staying for 3 days or less then a $45 Cleaning Charge applies.

If booking on short notice (ie less than 21 days) then payment must be made in full to Reserve dates.
As a special service for our guests we offer Self Check-In. With Self-Check­-In you can check in at any time you like. Perfect for those late night flight arrivals! Your Vacation Rental Key is placed in a Safe Box attached to the door of your unit. Once your reservatio­n is confirmed then we send you the combinatio­n of the Safe Box so that all you have to do when you arrive is open the Safe Box to get the key to let yourself into the unit. That's it! No line-ups at a hotel Reception desk to check-in. Later on, once you are comfortabl­e and settled in to your vacation home, one of our representa­tives will call to handle formalitie­s and to answer any questions you might have.
