Reservations are accepted with a valid credit card as a guarantee of deposit. A reservation deposit is required within 7 days of making a reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure date. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure date for holiday periods.

Confirmation Documents Confirmation documents are normally mailed 21 days prior to departure. These documents will not be released until full payment and the requested signed documentation is received. Documents delayed due to late payment or non-receipt of required documents may require overnight shipment billed to recipient.
