This 2 BR/2BA condo, located in the Nihi Kai Villas complex, is located right across the street from the ocean, and is near Brennecke'­s Beach, adjoining Poipu Beach.
It is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities of a luxury condo. There is a king size bed in one bedroom, and two twin beds in the other. These can be converted to another king size bed if desired. There are 2 tennis courts and a heated swimming pool on site, golf within a 5 min. drive, and is located near all the wonderful vacation activities of Kauai. High speed cable internet access is provided free of charge. The kitchen has been recently remodeled, with granite counter tops and new cabinets. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher­, refrigerat­or and stove/oven­. There is also a washer and a dryer. Free parking is located just outside the condo.
The condo is quiet, private, peaceful and romantic. We love to sit on the lanai and see the ocean, sunsets and the mountains, watching the birds among the trees and lush foliage.

Attractions and Activities

­ ­ ­Two tennis courts and a heated swimming pool (with children's pool) are on site, and Casa d'Amici restaurant (with fine cuisine) is just across the street. It is only a 5 min. drive to two great golf courses, and the condo is well-locat­ed for all the wonderful vacation activities of Kauai. ­
