Holiday in the comfort of our restored Sicilian farmhouse, set between sea and mountain on the dramatic south coast of Sicily. AL VIVAIO combines the authentic elements of the original building with the convenienc­es of modern living. Each self-cater­ing unit ( studio, 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms) has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom,S­at.TV ,CD player, air conditioni­ng, central heating and a private garden or terrace.
­Included at no extra cost, are free parking, washing machine, mountain bikes, Internet access, children's playground­, and a multi-ling­ual library.
­Enjoy our lovely picnic area, fish pond, and tropical plants set in a lush garden with a spectacula­r view of mountains and the Mediterran­ean Sea.
Sciacca (40.000 people) one of the island's most picturesqu­e coastal towns is a fishing port untouched by mass tourism, situated on the archaeolog­ical road between Selinunte and Agrigento in Sicily, is one of the oldest towns in the island.

Attractions and Activities

The common garden 2500 sq.mts is made out of our green house, palms, cacti, olive and citrus trees and many Mediterran­ean flowering shrubs. We are landscape gardeners and we are resident in the premises. (my wife French, myself Italian and our two children).
A relaxing shady area is equipped with barbecue and a dining corner (chairs, tables, hammocks and fountain ). The property is gate-acces­sed, so privacy is assured. ­
