The house is air-condit­ioned and has five bedrooms plus a loft bedroom and three and a half baths. Two of the five plus bedrooms are master suites with separate baths. One of the master suites has a Jacuzzi bathtub, a large shower with several shower heads, and a triple tray ceiling with 9 and 10 foot ceilings throughout the balance of the home.

­Ideal for two or more families or couples. This home features a formal entry, three living rooms, a dining room, a large kitchen with an eat-in bay window, a utility room, and a lanai (screened-­in porch). It also has three oak interior staircases (one of which is a winding staircase) with custom-mad­e newels, oak spindles, and handrails. A vaulted plank pine ceiling and a see-throug­h fireplace are in one of the living rooms with custom-bui­lt crown molding, fluted columns, and medallions throughout the house. Plantation shutters and custom-mad­e draperies are also offered.

There are views of the water from both the front and the back of the house. Almost every room has a water view. Enjoy the lush tropical vegetation and terrific privacy by the pool, which has sun throughout the day. There is a playground area with swings, forts, and sand for the children and an outdoor grill for barbecuing­. The pool is heated by an electric heat pump in the winter. The pool and playground areas are fenced in. We also have a 56-foot dock for fishing.

At Tigertail Beach, there is a much larger playground for the children, a volleyball net, lockers, restrooms, rentals, and food available including sandwiches­, soda, and ice cream. We are less than a block from Tigertail Beach. Enjoy the miles of beautiful, white, sandy beaches. At dusk, take a relaxing walk to the beach to see the beautiful sunsets or enjoy them by the pool.
