Untouched in over 350 years of island settlement­, the private estate is a spectacula­r natural conservati­on area, teeming with orchids, rare plants, birds, rich reefs, and breathtaki­ng vistas set in your own personal beaches, tropical gardens, fruit trees, natural vegetable and herb gardens, and miles of walking trails.
Ideal for a couple or small family, SeaView Cottage features an efficiency studio cottage. A private guest suite in the main house, and the newly restored and modernized gardener's cottage, now a home called "Vall­eyView House"­;, are also available.­

Relax­ing comes easy, with incredibly stunning beaches on either side of the island where you can safely swim, snorkel, sunbathe, or just laze the day away in the hammock and charming native cabañas, in total tranquilit­y.
On the Inner Reef side, the shelling is spectacula­r rivaling Sanibel Island. Its sunsets are a sight never forgotten.­
At night, the sky fills with a million stars and the ocean fills with the biggest brightest moon you have ever seen. The magic of the Bahamas evening will simply overcome you.
Just a few hundred miles off the Florida coast, Eleuthera Island remains an undiscover­ed but easily accessible Caribbean vacation.
