"SAMAPO BY THE SEA" (property 1892) is an ocean front luxury villa built on a rise with beautiful view of the sea. It is located in a controlled accesses resort area, 200 meters in front of "Varadero" beach, 1 ½ miles from the Hilton Hotels' grand Casino and the 30 minutes from Isla Bonita Golf Club. It is also a 5 minute ride to the islands’ hot spots: cabaret, restaurants, shopping malls, bingo, discos, etc.
It is a fully air-conditioned, three bedrooms, three-bathroom villa, with private swimming pool, gazebo, large studio-library, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, maids quarters, gardens, terrace and all you can expect of a fine home. Enjoy your vacation and let the in-house staff take care of the work.
200 meters from the villa you can enjoy a fully catered beach where you can have you favorite drink and a full course dinner served right at your beach chair, if you so wish.
Samapo by the Sea has a permanent staff of two which will arrive at 8 AM and leave at 5 PM from Monday to Saturday, to tend the villa and our guests needs. The maid will make your rooms, and in general clean and dust every day. Although she is not required to cook for guests, experience has been to the contrary, if you provide her with your supermarket stuffs. She will use de villas resources to help you with laundry and ironing, and she will try to remove the burden of work from your vacation.
You will be met at the gate of customs and you will be transported to and from airport-villa-airport, which is included in the rental fee.
There is a telephone on the villa. Local calls are free to you. International calls will be charged to a credit card voucher, which you will sign at your arrival. If there are no charges for services, tours, out of town calls or other expenses for services that you may have requested and inventory clearance has been confirmed, we will annul the credit card voucher and return it to you.
While you are a guest in our villa, an English speaking person and a manager will be available at the end of the phone, if you should need information or assistance in any way.
Attractions and Activities
Every thing you will need to entertain yourself. The entertainment center in the library will provide you with cable TV, CD and cassette player, radio AM & FM, and over 500 books in Spanish and English, a private swimming pool and a gazebo overlooking the ocean. 200 meters from the villa you can enjoy a fully catered beach where you can have you favorite drink and a full course dinner served right at your beach chair, if you so wish.

To confirm your reservation we will request that you deposit in to our account US$ 1.000, which will be part of the total rate and it will be reduced from de rental fee at the time of your arrival. This confirmation fee is your guarantee of availability, and it should be deposited as soon as possible. If you do not deposit the reservation fee, we presume that you are not interested and the period that you request will remain available to other guests until reserved and confirmed.
