This cozy beach home is located on the sand about 50 feet from the Pacific Ocean in Fabled Beach Road gated community in Capistrano Beach, right next to Dana Point, California.

The combination living room looks out onto the patio and ocean. The charming kitchen is equipped with all the modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. The large seaside deck has patio furniture and a BBQ. The home contains a washer/dryer, cable television, a DVD, as well as a telephone with local service. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, one with a set of three level bunks ( single on top, double on the bottom, and a double trundle on the floor). There is a detached bunkhouse with three additional sets of bunks and a bathroom.
Sleeps 11 people maximum.

Attractions and Activities

Visitors spend many hours playing on the beach, swimming, visiting the local marine insitute and tide pool, or enjoying a cozy beach fire.
There are boats to rent, with or without a captain. Jet skiing, windsurfing, fishing, golf, tennis, and biking are available activities. Also there are many fine places to eat and shop nearby.
Disneyland and Lego Land are about a forty minute drive. Sea World, in San Diego, and Universal Studio are an approximate sixty minute drive. It is about ten minutes to Laguna Beach, and twenty minutes to Newport Beach. A few miles away is a large marina that offers all types of boating and fishing. Golf and tennis are also nearby.
