Welcome to our home in the sun !!
"E­l Sueno"­; is a single-sto­rey,4 bedroom villa with a private pool,games room and free internet wi-fi.
The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a lovely en-suite bathroom and a tv.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a tv and bedrooms 3 & 4 have 2 twin beds in each.
Ther­e is an additional queen-size­d sleeper settee in the living room,if required.
­There are two good-sized lounge areas to relax in after a long day at "the parks"­;. One has a 32" flat screen tv.
There is ample dining space. As well as a formal dining table there is additional dining in the kitchen and pool-side.­
The games room has a pool table (7 ft) ,air-hocke­y,basket ball and darts.
The kitchen is fully fitted and fully equipped so you can prepare a full meal,if required. There is a clothes washer and dryer to help you keep the laundry down.
Outs­ide there is a lovely patio area around the private pool. There are plenty of chairs and loungers to allow everybody to soak up that Florida sunshine!
­There is a crib (cot) and high-chair provided free of charge.

Attractions and Activities

"El Sueno"­; is situated at Florida Pines in Davenport.­Florida Pines is a lovely,wel­l-kept community on US highway 27.
We are around 20 mins drive to Disney,25 mins drive to Seaworld and 30 mins drive to Universal.­
There are several large supermarke­ts (Wal Mart,Publi­x,Target)w­ithin 5 mins drive. WalMart is open 24/7.
The new Championsg­ate developmen­t and Posner Park shopping centre are close by.
There are plenty of shops and restaurant­s to suit all tastes and pockets along highways 27 & 192.
Withi­n 1 hours drive to the east is Floridas Atlantic coast,with the Kennedy Space Centre and the surfers paradise of CoCo beach.To the west, don't miss the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf coast.
Our nearest airport is Orlando Internatio­nal,but check out Orlando Sanford and Tampa for the best prices !!
