Beach access in the coastal park is via a City maintained trail that is just 100 yards from the house. The nearby white sand beach is one of the nicest in San Diego. The shoreline nearby includes coastal formations­, tide pool areas (where you can view sea anemones, crabs, small fish and other sea life) and several white sand cove beaches that are accessible from steps and trails.
