The beach house sits in a secluded cove with surfing, body-boarding and excellent skimboarding spots when the swell and tide are right. Perfect for kayaking and stand-up paddling, this is also a great place for fishing and diving.
Just a few miles from the Malibu Pier, Malibu Colony and Pepperdine, the location provides easy access to famous restaurants like Geoffrey's to the south and Neptune's Net to the north.
Located on a gorgeous stretch of coastline, the house is 3.5 miles from Trancas Canyon/Broad Beach and HOWS Market, which is frequented by numerous celebrities. Also nearby are the market and shops on Heathercliff, at the Point Dume“ shopping center.

Details and rates are subject to change. Rates vary depending upon the season, the use required, and the length of occupancy. The City of Malibu imposes a 12% transient occupancy tax for leases of 30 days or less.
The owners are amenable to renting individual units in the 2-story house. They are also open to short-term rentals, to long-term rentals, and to staging special events.
