Just a few miles from the Malibu Pier, Malibu Colony and Pepperdine­, the location provides easy access to famous restaurant­s like Geoffrey's to the south and Neptune's Net to the north.

Lo­cated on a gorgeous stretch of coastline, the house is 3.5 miles from Trancas Canyon/Bro­ad Beach and HOWS Market, which is frequented by numerous celebritie­s. Also nearby are the market and shops on Heathercli­ff, at the Point DumeĀ“ shopping center.

Details and rates are subject to change. Rates vary depending upon the season, the use required, and the length of occupancy. The City of Malibu imposes a 12% transient occupancy tax for leases of 30 days or less.

The owners are amenable to renting individual units in the 2-story house. They are also open to short-term rentals, to long-term rentals, and to staging special events.
