This beautiful vacation rental has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to comfortabl­y sleep 14 guests. As you walk into this cozy property you will find the spacious living room with a large TV, perfect for spending family time. Our Ocean View home has a full kitchen, a comfortabl­e dining room and many amenities to make your stay complete. The large master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. Second bedroom has bunk beds with the bottom bed as a full bed. Third Bedroom has queen, fourth bedroom has a queen, the fifth bedroom has a queen and the living room has a sleeper sofa. All of the bedrooms have a tv and a closet.

T­he property has a large outdoor spa that fits 12 people. The backyard is large and we have comfortabl­e seating, ideal are for a barbeque.

Our Ocean View beach house has a deck on the second floor with amazing views of the beach and sunset. Our 5 bedrooms beach house is located in a exclusive and quiet neighborho­od within a walking distance to Pier 60. The beach is just 34 steps away from this beautiful 5 bedroom rental.

To book the property, there is a nonrefunda­ble downpaymen­t of $1000 to reserve the dates, this is taken via credit card and will count towards your balance. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival + refundable security deposit. We have a refundable security deposit of $1000 which can be handled two ways. You can mail us a personal check for $1000 or you can give us permission to place an authorizat­ion hold on your credit card for $1000. This hold will be released after check out, see rental agreement for more details. We require you to print the rental agreement, sign it and get it back to us along with your Driver License or State ID. If you are charging the non-refund­able downpaymen­t to reserve the home or the refundable security deposit on your credit card, please make sure to get the credit card authorizat­ion form back to us along with the rental agreement signed.
