Located in the sub division of Colony By the Sea, you are just a short walk to the beach as well as the charming village of Duck. Our house is well maintained and equipped property ready for your vacation. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths located on the first floor. The great room, kitchen and dining area are located on the 2nd floor. The spa is located on a private deck on the ground floor along with an outdoor shower and laundry room. Colony By the Sea, at the end of the street is where you'll find the ammenities to enjoy including pool, tennis and basketball­.
