Clean & Quaint! Located in a very nice gated community. This condo is fully equipped with linen and cookware. Beach chairs, beach towels, & tennis rackets are provided, also.
This is a 2 bedroom unit with a lanai. The second bedroom is setup as an den/office with a sleeper futon couch (the mattress is comfortabl­e). We are near the pool and hot tub area.
Soci­al Club membership ($30) is optional. The new club house offers both casual and formal dining and a cocktail lounge, a fitness center, library, and card room. The har-tru tennis courts are very nice.
We are located 5 miles from the beach. The Naples Airport (APF) is only minutes away and the major Regional SW Airport (RSW) is 40 minutes away.
The historical Fifth Avenue that offers fine dining and upscale shopping is within 5 minutes away.
Tin City is within 5 minutes and is a great place to shop for souvenirs and casual dine. Tours and fishing excursions depart daily from this area and the City Dock.
Kaya­k the nearby nature areas.
The­re are many golf courses nearby.
Everglade City is located about 45 minutes away. It's a great afternoon trip for fresh crab claws and shrimp. Don't miss the adventures of the wild life tours.
Don­'t miss out on our Outlets that are located both north and south of us.
There are several other quaint towns that have wonderful beaches that are within a 30 - 60 minutes away.
