DIS­COUNTS AVAILABLE FOR REPEAT RENTERS, LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS, AND EXTENDED STAYS.

Th­ere is one cleaning service per week included with the rental rate. If you wish to schedule extra cleanings during your stay, you may for $20.00 per day. Gratuity for the cleaning lady will be appreciate­d.

There is a $300 refundable damage deposit required. This will be refunded to you during the following week after your check-out, assuming that there are no losses or damages.
