The villa is located 3000 feet above sea level, on a slope with a breathtaking view of the ocean.
The magnificent beaches of Manuel Antonio are among the most beautiful in the world, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, surfing and a variety of other water sports. A very nice place to refresh oneself and recuperate.
Four spacious one-room suites and a two-room suite with air-condition, four ultra-modern bathrooms, and a large, American-equipped kitchen are all open onto an extensive outdoor gallery living space.
Features include a living room with two-story cathedral ceiling and wraparound balcony, Costa Rican modern art throughout, sixteen ceiling fans, satellite TV, stereo's, personal computer with e-mail access, fax and swimming pool (39,6 x 19,8 feet) with terrace, lounge chairs, market umbrellas and barbeque. Quiet and safe, the estate provides easy access to wonderful beaches, world-class sport fishing, water sports, boat cruises, shops, restaurants, casinos and more. Staff lives on premises; daily maid service, private security guard. No children under 6 years of age.
Services include telephone, fax, PC with internet access, e-mail address, full time gardener, airport pickup, welcome cocktail, booking of local flights, Harleys and car rental, help in tour organizing.
Optional services at an additional cost include chef and full catering, therapeutic massage and beauty care.
