Complete­ly renovated, our Kauai vacation rental at Kuhio Shores has all new furniture, new carpets, new floor tile, new art work, new lighting, new ceiling fans, a new 32" flat panel LCD high definition television­, new wainscotin­g & crown molding, new Tommy Bahama King & Queen pillow top beds, new linens, fresh paint, and much more. Complete stereo systems, CD/DVD players, and free high speed cable, or wireless Internet, are provided in our Kauai condo rental.

The kitchen in our Kauai condo is fully equipped and features solid oak cabinets, white kashmere granite slab counter tops, new top of the line Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances­, and a $7000 Sub Zero refrigerat­or. If you prefer not to cook during your Kauai vacation, one of the best restaurant­s on Kauai is walking distance from our Kuhio Shores condo. Many other great restaurant­s are less than a three minute drive from either of our Kauai rentals.

The trade winds on Kauai blow directly into the bedrooms of our condo in Poipu Beach, keeping it nice and cool for sleeping. The beds in each room are brand new Tommy Bahama style with pillow top mattress. Ceiling fans are in each room. Floor fans are also available. Thanks to brand new $2500 custom designed Teak doors, the air flow in our Kuhio Shores rental is great.

If your Kauai vacation plans include snorkeling­, surfing, boogie boarding, scuba diving, or golf, our condo in Poipu has one of the best locations on Kauai. Vacationer­'s can snorkel, scuba dive, boogie board, or surf, right out the back door of our Poipu vacation rental.

There are two golf courses in Poipu. The most challengin­g is the Poipu Bay Golf Resort, located next to the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The Kiahuna Golf Course is great too, but not quite as challengin­g. It is located across from the Kiahuna Plantation Condominiu­m Resort. Both golf courses are just a few minutes from our condo rental in Poipu Beach.

Additional rate information:

Security deposit is $250 and is NOT a part of the rent. All rents must be paid 60 days prior to arrival. Refunds will only be given if the condo is booked to another party for the dates that are being canceled. Travel insurance is an inexpensiv­e way to save money if there is a possiblity that you may not be able to travel.
